Follow These Tips To Enjoy The Legendary Smoothness Of Seattle’s
Best Coffee®.

Water
Always use fresh water. Tap water that tastes good is fine for brewing coffee.
Bottled or filtered water is preferred.

 |
Grind
Make sure your coffee beans are ground specifically for your chosen brewing
method. You’ll also find grind recommendations on our packages.

Proportion
When brewing Seattle’s best Coffee, use one tablespoon for every six ounces of
water.
|
 |
Temperature
The ideal water temperature for all brewing methods (except espresso) is 195° -
205° F which you can achieve by bringing water to a boil, then letting it cool
for a few seconds.

Storage
Keep unused coffee in airtight, opaque containers in a cool, dark place between
50° and 70° F.
