  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened strawberry yogurt


  • Blend 1 cup of frozen berries, ½ cup of almond milk and ¼ cup of unsweetened strawberry yogurt until smooth.
