Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • ½ tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp shredded carrots
  • Whipped cream

Start the recipe by mixing all purpose flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, white sugar, milk, and shredded carrots into a mug. Then, microwave on high for a couple of minutes, top with whipped cream, and enjoy with a warm cup of Henry's Blend.

  • Combine all carrot cake ingredients except whipped cream in a mug. Mix thoroughly.
  • Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
