Meal Prep Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Whether you have a hectic morning wrangling the kids or you hit snooze a few too many times, there’s no good reason to skip the most important meal of the day. Plan ahead with our Meal Prep Breakfast Burritos. Make a batch over the weekend and enjoy a week’s worth of fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, melty cheese and more on a soft flour tortilla.   • Tortillas
  • 6-8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Tomatoes
  • 1 bag of Hashbrowns
  • 1 Cup of Cheese
  • Cilantro
  • 1 can of Refried Beans


  • In a large mixing bowl, mix scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cooked hash browns, cheese, refried beans, and cilantro (as desired).
  • Once mixed, scoop approx. 1 cup of mixture onto a flat tortilla and roll into a burrito.
  • Wrap the burrito in aluminium foil. Repeat until mixture is gone.
  • Store burritos in refrigerator until ready to eat. Reheat burritos in oven for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
